You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing this order.

If you chose the "Web Download" option you will receive an email with a link to install the software when it is made available (November 2009). Full program release date Early January 2010.

If you chose the shipping option you will receive the email as well as a CD.

NOTES: (Be sure to read)

Note 1: The SAXTAX Program Manager is required each year with any program. It controls printing, file utilities, client data roll-over, client organizers, lists and labels, and includes the Tickler Due Date Monitor.

Note 2: Required for multi-user environments. Restricts access when files are in use to avoid data corruption. Allows customization of firm information, client letters, and client bills by user.

Note 3: 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041 and F1120 programs handle returns for calendar year 2009 and fiscal years through November, 2010. Users will also be able to access prior year Depreciation Tables.

Note 4: Depreciation Program handles depreciation for years through November 2010. It is included FREE when you buy any Federal Program.

Note 5: Standard weekly updates during tax season are available at no charge through the Internet. If you need CD updates, add $50.00 for cost of production and shipping. No CD will be shipped if the $50.00 fee is not paid.

Note 6: The Payroll Tax Program includes Federal Forms 940, 941, 944, W-2, 1099, & UCT-6. Printed paper forms and electronic filing is available. Efiling for the UCT-6 form is included at no charge. If you would like to efile the 940, 941 and/or 944 returns you must have a 5 digit EFIN and PIN as well as purchase the efiling module.

Note 7: The multi-location license is required for each additional business location using the software. The cost of the license is 50% of the subtotal (per location).

Florida Sales tax is NOT required to be paid on a Web Download of the program.
